Represent College for SUKEM πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Hello guys!! Welcome back to our blog! Its me Putri again πŸ‘€πŸ’• So, last week me and Aida went to Stadium Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia for olahraga selection which to represent our college for Kejohanan Sukan Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (SUKEM). 

I go for 100m, 200m, 4x100 and long jump for the selection. Truth to be told, actually I wasn't ready for the selection cause the last time I joined this sports was in high school and it was a long time ago. I'm afraid my stamina is not strong as it used to be plus I have gained weight a lot πŸ˜‚ I once represent my school in Majlis Sukan Sekolah Daerah Hulu Langat (MSSDHL) in Olahraga. And guess what?! that event was held at this stadium too. I really wanted to share a picture of me when I was here back then. But it's okay, I also choose not to look at my childhood face πŸ˜‚

Back to the story, during the run, our time is recorded by the referee to determine whose time is the shortest to represent our college. For real, I cannot be serious when I'm with Aida πŸ˜‚ Even when the run we laugh for no reasons 🀣 But Alhamdulillah, we set a target that our time record for 100m need to be less that 16 seconds and we made it! Our time was recorded 15 seconds for both of us. Alhamdulillah ✨

Just a random opinion, Aida is so fast that I expected actually. She's smart and talented too. How lucky I'm to be her best friend tho πŸ˜”

Last Sunday the result has been out!! Guess what?!!!! I get to represent my college for SUKEM for 200m and 4x100m relay!!! 😭 Since that day I went for training with Coach Meor. On the first training session,  we were trained at Stadium UKM. We need to do slow jog at the corner of the track and sprint at straight path for 4 round Stadium. He also teach us a lot of exercise which I never knew before. Some of that are drills.

Furthermore, I also went to Stadium MPKJ, Seksyen 15 to do our training there. We were orders to jogging 4 round there which is equal to 1,600m and warm up for a maximum 15 minutes before the Coach comes. Honestly that was so tiring! Then when the Coach comes, we were taught about the strategy for 4x100m relay like how to receive and give baton to others runner, running movement point when receiving the baton and more. Thus, I decided to the second runner.
